Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Primary: Canada Post

Secondary: FedEx

COD on customer account: UPS, Loomis, Purolator

Order Tracking

A tracking # will be provided on your order within your account.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will not ship you the part of your order that is in stock. The order will be sent in its entirety when it is available. You will be alerted if the order is delayed for any reason.
